Agenda

  1.  To exchange all PTO related information between previous officers and new officers 

Action Items:  

  1.  Previous Treasurer (Christa Waryas) gave the new treasurer (Amelia Manders) all passwords/account information related to PTO
  2. Previous President (Dehlia Northup) gave the new president (Liz Ruepp) all her related PTO items
  3. Discussed items related to PTO pertaining to the 2019/2020 school year and potential goals for 2020/2021 school year (depending upon reopening structure) 
  4. Discussed when to hold our first public meeting and how to safely do this

  1. Fundraising for the upcoming school year 
  2. Events for the upcoming school year
  3. Organizing committees (restructuring current committees)
  4. PTO participation
