#1: Funding was approved for Mrs. Greco-flexible seating, and funding request approved for 1st Grade-new books.

Funding request from Mr. Foti-regarding after school programs i.e. the Lego program recently held. Mr. Foti will send an email to PTO President, Amanda Akin with detailed request.

Funding was requested for two colored printers. Mr. Foti said going to wait on this because of the toner refill issue, they could be expensive and he was not sure the school would buy them. Revisit this next meeting.

#2: Save Around Books- meeting to assemble books on November 9, 2016 @ 6:30 Elementary Office- Volunteer help requested.

Mix Bag Designs, fundraiser ending November 1st.

#3: Halloween Night/Book Fair Buying Night-October 28, 2016 @ 6:30p.m.              Volunteers needed, snacks/donations,        

#4: Fall Movie Night- Date set for December 9th @ 6:30- movie to be determined. Requested input from members. Looking for a Volunteers and a Chair for this event. If interested please contact us@ HoosicvalleyPTO@gmail.com
