TREASURER’S REPORT -presented
AGENDA- presented
- Johnsonville Ambulance Donation-check has been received in the sum of $43,000 by the Treasure-Christa Waryas. Treasuer has opened accounts. Meetings will be organized regarding the setting up of the Scholarship, its requirements, etc. with Karen Carlson
- Yearbook-Amelia Manders, will be chairing- further discussions needed
- Website-Amelia Manders, will review and revise anything needed-further discussions needed
- School Picture Volunteers-Volunteers requested and filled
- Kindergarten Welcome Picnic-September 29th (Abby)
- Halloween Night-October 26th- (Abby and Dehlia)-changing up time for 6th grade haunted house as follows 6-7 trick-or-treating in the Kindergarten hall and 7-8 haunted house in gym, games, etc. presented by National Honor Society-PTO funded
- Open House-School Supply Kits (Lisa)- not discussed
FUNDRAISING:
- Save Around Books started October 1-11
- Mix Bag-waiting for approval from Mr. Foti on dates to start
- Adopt a Classroom affected by the Hurricane- a request was sent and it was briefly discussed but not voted on
- Restaurant Night and Adult Fundraiser-tabled for next meeting
FUNDING REQUEST:
- Zareski-History Teach-Salem Trick $500.00 requested-voted-all approved
- Mrs. Grego-STEAM Room supplies- $200.00 requested-voted-all approved
